I was really impressed by how welcoming they were to Elvis my pug. The facilities were exceptional, well-kept, and truly top-notch. Our garden view room had direct access to the pool, so we rarely used the main entrance; we preferred stepping out through the balcony. Elvis thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the sun on the balcony, and the overhead fan was a fantastic addition, easing my worries about him getting too hot. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow pet owners! We will certainly be back. Elvis gives this place a big paws up.

Everything. The staff is very fast, friendly, and helpful. We experience this from the check in process until check out. They even paid attention to our request before arrival. The room is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is also excellent, offering long sets of selection from western, Thai, Asian. They also have a kid's corner for breakfast which delighted our three sons. The pools are also great, both for kids and adults. There are many seating places so we will not compete with other guests. The location is front beach just a minute walk from our room. The prices of the room are also reasonable. This was our second visit. Surely, there will be a third and so on.

The building maintenance was excellent, and the building is still in great condition. Not even a single light bulb is broken.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Traveling with young kids means more mess and chaos but there was not even a hint of a grudge. Very impressed! The property is sparkle clean with nice smell. The kids already asked to visit again even though there is no water slides :)

We got connecting rooms which were very well Rooms were clean overall but floor always left our feet black The whole hotel is nice and excellent for a quality vacation with 2 year old twins Kids area is so much fun , everything was provided even sand toys Breakfast has all main things needed as international cuisines and local Staff was very friendly

The breakfast was excellent, something for everyone, nothing too much trouble for the staff. Buggies were available all the time to ferry you down to the beach and back.

Highly recommended for anyone who plans to travel with kids and pets. This hotel is super kids and pet friendly! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and comfortable. Love it so much and wish to visit again soon.
